It obviously needs work, but this guy is only asking 3200, the want is very strong with this one. My wife loves Mustangs, which means if I picked this one up she literally would not care how much money I put into it, not kidding.

Well, if she doesn't care you'll have to buy a bunch of parts out of Australia, they have awesome go-fast parts for Ford straight-6's over there.

The awesome thing is, she wouldn't. Only issue is we agreed upon a 1 project at a time rule, and I already have one :(

Damn! What's the current project?
Perhaps for a Mustang she'll make an exception for you to at least scoop it up while the deal is there.

The current project right now is my 944, it went from a clutch job to a while I'm there job that is encompassing everything is except rebuilding the engine/trans/interior, so theres no clear ending for it in sight. I just can't risk having 2 cars just sitting, makes me want to finish up and sell my 944 even quicker though.

Oh I know, but I've gotta finish the 944 so I can offload it, not even about the money but I'm obsessed with finishing every car thing that I start.

It's all yours man, I wish I could get it but I just can't allow myself to have 2 project cars. But I will help you work on it, I need experience working on old Mustangs

We'll learn together. I've worked on an S197 with my best friend from high school for a while, and my dad worked on Firebirds and Pre-70 and Foxbody Mustangs back in the day.

He probably hasn't sold it, this area for some reason, old Mustangs don't sell for very high unless they are fully restored. But yeah I never called him, I just don't have the time or space for it.
